This beautiful home is in a fabulous location in Seacrest Beach between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. You can't find a more prime location (easy walking or biking) within all there is to do and see on the East side of the 'A'. Short walk to the beach, community pool, and Seacrest Peddler's Village with live music, restaurants, food stands and shops.

The open-concept main living space has high ceilings, an abundance of natural light filtering through the numerous windows, designer furnishings and décor, a great dining table that seats 6, plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living room inclusive of a 55" flat screen TV. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features a large island for gathering around with counter bar seating for 3, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large pantry and gas stove round out all you need for an easy and relaxing environment to make your own home cooked meals while on vacation. The front porch has adirondack rocking chairs ideal for post-sun relaxation or enjoying your morning coffee with a book.

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
