About this house rental
Our seaside holiday house is situated in Vina beach, less than 10 meters from the sea front. It is a 3 bedroom house with capacity of accommodating 9 people in total ideal for families or large groups of friends.
The house is fully equipped with a kitchenette, a traditional living room with a fireplace, 1 walk-in shower room/WC, 1 WC and an entrance hall. The bedrooms are simple, 1 bedroom has a double bed and the other two have twin beds and 1 wardrobe in each one. There is one air condition in the living room and there are fans for the bedrooms.
At the veranda you have the dining table, a built bench and the exterior staircase leads to the terrace from where you can see the view to the sea and the village of Skyros (Chora).
There are numerous restaurants in the area, a mini market, a coffee shop and beach bars accessible in less than a ten minute walk. They are placed in the centre of Molos area where you also find one of the nicest sandy beaches on the island.
Our holiday house is ideal for a relaxing and peacefull vacation,as the area is not crowded or touristic. Vina beach isn't organised, it has preserved its natural beauties and it is ideal for kids.
The central road is 3 minutes away on foot where you can find the bus stop for your transportation around the island.
If you are a nature lover and enjoy waking up early you can enjoy magnificent sunrises from Vina beach.
Skyros is ideal for hiking and cycling. It is an island of special beauty and history and linked to many Mythology's myths.
It has a variety of beaches all around. Others are full of trees and others volcanic, rocky and sandy.
Skyros is popular for its folk art such as ceramic and wood crafts and is also known for the Skyrian Pony (horse).
Skyros is a very economical choice for holidays as the cost of plane and ferry tickets is low in comparison to Cyclades.

Het huis is authentiek, schoon en comfortabel. De bedden zijn heerlijk! De leefruimte buiten is fantastisch met een grote tafel en lekker banken onder grote bomen waar je je de hele dag zou kunnen vermaken. Het huis is op loopafstand van het strand (20 meter) waar je heerlijk kan zwemmen.

Le descriptif et les photos sur le site laissent espérer une plus agréable location. Il n'y a qu'une salle de bains et non deux et la cuisine est inexistante. Compte tenu du prix on pouvait espérer le passage d'une personne pour le ménage une ou deux fois par semaine comme c'est le cas dans les locations de ce niveau en Grèce. La situation de la maison est agréable, mais pour louer depuis 15 ans à Skyros, le prix est trop élevé compte tenu de tous ces éléments.
