Clean and tidy inside. Location. Great fan supplied. Washing machine.
Outside area was very messy. No plug for the sink and no dishcloth or tea towel.

Close to the park where we were attended an event.
It was a nice flat but I would dispute the term luxury. The front door did not open but we were able to get in via the kitchen door. There was only one bedside table as the other side of the bed was too near to the wall. The bed and bed linen were not luxurious and looked and felt cheap. There were holes in the carpet on the stairs and no threshold strip joining the stairs carpet to the landing. The hob was gas and did not ignite. A lot of the furniture had wear and tear.
If it was not labelled as luxury and £20 cheaper that would be fair.
