About this house rental

Coastal comfort with miles of hikable hills and sandy beaches just a short walk away. Experience the coastal waters from a safe beginner's surf beach up to Maverick’s west of Princeton Harbor. Great sites and venues for weddings and friends & family gatherings. Fine dining in downtown HMB and along the Coast. Ritz Carlton dining, tennis and golf a few minutes drive away. Yoga and pilates centers, nearby. Tennis courts at nearby high school and grade school. Golf driving range within 10 minutes walk. Olympic pool at College of San Mateo just 15 minutes drive away. Walk to art galleries and quaint shops in nearby downtown HMB. Coastal sunsets that take your breath away. Updated and pristinely clean home with peaceful, embracing backyard, jacuzzi tub and steam & dry sauna for restoring relaxation. Accommodations include beds for 7 adults and air beds for a total of 8 people. One pet up to about 20 lbs is welcome! All pets need to be preapproved before acceptance. The new short-term rental ordinance (Chapter 18.06.025) applies to all bookings.
