About this apartment rental

Completely Renovated with all modern updates. Stainless appliances, granite counters, ceramic tile bathrooms. Professionally decorated with SC in mind. Very cozy and inviting. We are located very close to multiple restaurants and several entertainment options. Just minutes from the Center of Columbia. Beautifully remodeled condo only minutes away from Downtown Columbia and USC! Minutes from I-77 and I-20. Convenient to Fort Jackson.

Clean & charming. Perfect for what we needed. Had to be up at 3:30 AM two days in a row, for boot camp graduation & Family day - was so grateful the kitchen was stocked with COFFEE! We loved hanging out on the little patio. Was a quiet complex.

First of all, it's not in a great neighborhood. We have lived in worse, so we were comfortable but it might not be for everyone. The problem that came with this is loud music playing at night from neighbors and the inside of the apartment while very clean smelled strongly of marijuana. So the inside was nicely remodeled and clean, so it is just if the surrounding environment concerns you.
