Writers , Golfers and tourist Retreat, we are in central Hollywood across the street from Paramount Studios It is just a couple of blocks away from trendy Larchmont Village, and just steps away from LA Tennis Club and the Wilshire Country Club & Golf Course and the new Netflix Offices.
Due to the fact that we are renting our unit for a month or more we need you to fill an application and sign a lease for the term of your stay. utilities and cable included with set cap.

This is a duplex, There is a total of two units that are completely separated.
You have full access to the upstairs unit with two separate entrances, back and front door . Unit is completely private and feels very much like a single family home. There is lots of parking in the back that is secured with a rolling gate.
Please note that the hot water takes about 5-6 minutes to heat up since the water heater is in the back yard. 4th bedroom does not have a bath so the 4th guest needs to use one of the bathrooms in the rooms , water temperature might fluctuate if all used at once .
We might look modern but the home was built 1928, please use with care .

It is located in a lovely neighborhood. The house is extremely clean and spacious. It has everything you need and more. The best thing is the host. Iris is extremely friendly and quick to all the needs of the guest, I suggest this house for anyone traveling with a few people.

Iris provided everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this accommodation for groups of young people or families trying to visit Los Angeles. Close to great restaurants, bars, and entertainment. FIVE STARS :)

We four embarked to visit our sons & their girls and rented this property. It was fantastic for our gatherings, comfortable & convenient. Two of the bedrooms were separated comfortably, the other two not quite so, but no issues. Had 3 bathrooms and a nice open kitchen with washer & dryer. Was easy in/out on a nice quiet street. We never availed ourselves to the back yard as were busy daily. But we were extremely pleased with the duplex top floor - stairs nice and wide, easy to navigate. And best of all: Iris! She always responded immediately and was extremely helpful! Highly recommend for anyone visiting this area! Thank you Iris! :-}

We had such a great stay at this lovely home. Every detail was thought of. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. The photos do not do justice to the wonderful rooms, beautiful décor, comfortable beds, fully-appointed bathrooms and lovely outdoor sitting areas. Great location close to everything and the charming Larchmont Village (shops, restaurants, cafes, and an acting studio).
We hope to stay here next time and every time we come to LA. Thank you!!
