Your luxury villa Pegasus, idyllic location with panoramic views!
Villa Pegasus leaves nothing to be desired. Our Villa Pegasus was built in one of the most exclusive locations on Crete.
Here you combine an absolutely quiet location with a dream view and proximity to the third largest city on Crete, Rethmnon. Travel time to Rethymnon approx. 10 minutes. To the nearest beach about 15 minutes.
The modern villa stands on a plot of over 2000 square meters and has breathtaking views of the sea, the hinterland and the White Mountains. On the other side you can see the town of Kastellos and the highest mountain in Crete, Psilorits at 2456 m. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in this dream villa with panoramic views!
The villa is divided over three levels and is partly built in traditional stone construction. It guarantees complete privacy. On the ground floor there is the modern, fully equipped kitchen according to German standards and the dining area.
The living area is also located here. It is equipped with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and satellite TV.
From the kitchen and living room you have access to the 90 sqm terrace via large patio doors. Here you will find a dining area and an additional seating area, which is equipped with high-quality rattan furniture. The terrace is largely shaded with pergolas.
You can reach two bedrooms and two bathrooms via 5 steps. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and is equipped with a box spring bed and satellite TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed and also has a satellite TV. The attached bathroom has a rain shower. From both bedrooms you have direct access to the well-kept garden, terraces and pool.
The third bedroom is in the basement and is particularly spacious. It is equipped with a four-poster bed and of course also has a satellite TV. The attached large bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub. From this bedroom you also have direct access to the garden and pool area.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning.
There are shutters and fly screens on the windows.
The pool is approximately 10 x 4.5 m and has a separate children's pool. The pool area is also equipped with very high quality garden furniture. Here you will also find the secluded outdoor shower with cold and hot water, as well as the private playground with swings and sandpit.
Some of the terraces are equipped with wind protection.
Enjoy the fantastic panorama!
Sunbathe in the Mediterranean garden and enjoy a wonderful barbecue evening on the terrace. A brick barbecue with an outdoor sink is available for you in the garden.
You can park your car under the shaded double carport.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
In the winter prices, from November 7th. The final cleaning is included in the price until the end of April. Intermediate cleaning is not included during this time, but can be arranged and will then be charged additionally.
The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights.
The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.
From 01.05. - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.
From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.

Wir waren zu viert in dieser Kretafan-Villa. Es war ein Traum. Die Villa hat alles, was wir brauchten. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, die Anfahrtsbeschreibung perfekt, wir haben es sofort gefunden. Auf der kleinen Straße, die unten entlangführt fährt so gut wie niemand. Ab und zu ein Pickup.
Helga und Josef haben uns begrüßt und waren bei Fragen immer für uns da. Danke für die Tavernentipps!
Wir haben so einige Täler durchwandert. Es war ein Traum. Überall Orangen und Zitronen an den Bäumen, einfach herrlich.
Die Villa können wir weiterempfehlen. Und wir kommen auch wieder.

Wir waren als zwei Pärchen in der Villa Pegasus. Dieses Traumhaus ist nicht zu überbieten. Diese super Sicht, und die tollen Sonnenauf- und Untergänge, das werden wir nie vergessen.
Die Lage und die Ausstattung waren wie beschrieben. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, alles sehr komfortabel. Helga und Josef haben sich bei Fragen um uns gekümmert. Die Villa können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir waren mehrmals in Rethymnon, auf der Fortezza, in der Altstadt, in der Moschee.
Es ist eine überschaubare Stadt mit sehr vielen guten Tavernen.
Wir kommen bald wieder.

Wir waren dieses Jahr schon einmal eine Woche in Kastellos. Es war soo super, jetzt sind wir wieder hier, diesmal in der Villa Pegasus. Dieses Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Top Ausstattung, mega Pool, unbeschreibliche Sicht. Uns fehlen einfach die Worte. Wir sind mit den Villen der Beibl`s immer glücklich, egal welches wir bewohnen. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit, alles superklasse,
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Die Villa liegt mitten in der Natur, wo früh die Schafe die kleine Dorfstrasse hinunterlaufen und ganz ganz selten mal ein Auto. Bei einer Höhe von fast 500m über dem Meeresspiegel hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick!
Das Haus und Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und von hoher Qualität.
Die Vermieter von Kretafan sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit!
Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub!
Wir gehören jetzt zu den Kretafans!
