This listing is for a three bedroom, 1 bath private townhouse apartment unit located at 402 Loraine Ave in the middle of all the action. You'll be just steps from the Monument, the beach, the docks, and all the pools, shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and other major attractions. No need for a golf cart, designated driver, or cabs shuttling your group back and forth across the island. You can stumble out the back door of Frosty's or the Round House and practically fall into bed.

Places located even slightly farther away will require your group to plan trips in and out of downtown, and dramatically change your experience. Look us up on Maps to see how you will be right in the middle of all the fun and activities!

Units share the huge yard, picnic tables, gas grills, and porches. One parking space for a vehicle (on the pavement) and one space for a rented golf cart (on the grass) is provided with this rental. Other vehicles may park off the property in public parking areas such as the Miller Ferry lot as available. Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, some utensils, and tableware.

You can walk to Aunt Jane's from the Jet Express dock or the Miller Ferry bus depot downtown, or take a short cab ride from the Miller Ferry Lime Kiln Dock.

The Blue Marlin swim-up pool bar and hot tub are nearly directly across the street. The Pirate Ship, the Worlds Longest swim-up bar, and the Mist pool and its swim-up bar are about 300 feet away down the alley across the street, and the Adventure Bay pool and amusement park are just around the corner the other direction. Island visitors are generally welcome at these attractions during normal operational hours, subject to occupancy restrictions and occasional cover charges for special events.

Cabs are readily available to take you and your group anywhere on the island in minutes, but you won't need them for much because we are so close to everything. Ferry transportation for vehicles and parking may be limited on busy weekends.

Booking Policies:
We do not "split weekends", you must book both Friday and Saturday nights together. Two night minimum, some holidays have three night minimum. Reservation must adhere to these these restrictions or the booking will be refused or cancelled. No Confetti or Glitter allowed on premises. No fish cleaning on premises. No kegs of beer inside unit. Quiet hours 10PM to 10AM. Violation of house rules, as well as any of the following acts, may be cause for deduction from your security deposit or eviction with no refund, at manger's discretion: extra overnight guests; climbing on the roof, banisters, railings, or sides of the building; excessive noise resulting in complaints; or if the police are summoned to the property for any reason. Transportation to and from the island are the Guest's responsibility. Missing the ferry or dissatisfaction with the provisions are not valid as reasons for refund or cancellation.
