About this house rental

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The DOWNTOWN location is awesome! Five min walk to Lake Coeur d'Alene, beaches, shops, restaurants and hiking! This cute 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath cottage is only 6 blocks from vibrant Sherman Ave and the CDA Resort. Stroll downtown or ride the bikes (complimentary). Amenities include a private hot tub, fully fenced yard, new flooring throughout, well equipped kitchen with dining table, furniture upgrades, etc. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Large flat screen smart TVs. Sleeps up to 6 people, most comfortable for four. Off street parking (driveway with carport) and storage shed to lock up your gear (at your own risk). Bicycles and hot tub are for use use at your own risk. STR Permit #52384.

Perfect for our long weekend in Coeur d’Alene. The house was cozy and spacious for just the 2 of us. Loved the proximity to downtown and ease of getting around. The hot tub was a welcome treat during the cold days that came on quickly. Thank you for a clean, cute home and easy check out process.
