Residenza Marano is a charming new building, located in the town of Cupra Marittima, only 350 mt. from the beach, on the side of the old medioeval town of Marano. The Guest House built with attention to details, good taste and refinement, is located in a large enclosed courtyard, surrounded by green.
'Stella Marina' is the loft.
The interior enviroment is really bright and smart. It is a cosy apartment thanks to the soft shades chosen for the furniture. The parquet and the wood beams on the ceiling make the colours stand out. Its great position allow a marvellous panoramic view. It is the perfect location for a relaxing and exciting stay.

We had a great time at this excellent accommodation. We (two adults, one 16 yo, two 12 yo) rented the penthouse with double large roof balconies (Stella marina) one week the last week of July 2022. Fantastic view from the balconies down towards the city and the sea. Almost like an eagle's nest over the sea.
Very nice pool area (at no time crowded).
The hosts - Alessia and Elke with family members - were extremely welcoming and accommodating (Italian and German are their first languages, Alessia also speaks good English).
Very well maintained apartment (furnished in Nordic style). Also the common areas, including the pool, are very well kept. Housekeeping was impeccable (cleaning, however, only when leaving).
We rate the location "four". That does not depend on the facility's location in the city. The location in Cupra Marittima is actually a "five", midway between the beach and the old town of Marano. However, we did not fully appreciate the beach in Cupra Marittima, but found a nice and quiet pebble beach in Marina di Altidona which suited us very well.
100 percent recommended accomodation.

The apartment is recently nicely renovated. It is beautiful and well equipped apartments in a wonderful setting. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning or ventilators, absolutely necessary in hot summer days. However, as soon as we asked, we got a ventilator at least for the kid room.
We didn’t use the pool since the opening times weren’t convenient for us, but the small gym is well equipped.

Snelle en vriendelijke communicatie vooraf en tijdens verblijf met Alessia en Elke. Warm welkom met een heerlijke taart en goede wijnen. Prachtig appartement met groot terras. En een verrassing bij ons vertrek.
