We guarantee you'll return to our ski chalet that overlooks the Holimont slopes. There is plenty of room to relax with your family and friends-- 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms not to mention a finished basement with a game room perfect for entertaining kids. Extra features such as hot tub and wireless also available! Air conditioning for those hot muggy summer days. Only one mile from town! Runaway Springs has it all!

Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps to complete on your way out. Only negative feedback was the parking, walkway, and stairs down into the property were covered in ice when we arrived. Shovels were available and we were able to get the stairs cleaned off. I know it can be hard to keep that stuff clean during the winter, but it wasn’t the safest to traverse while carrying items to and from the car. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable. Would recommend this property and owners if you’re looking for a comfy spot while in town.

The house was amazing and was spotless upon our arrival, plenty of bedrooms for everyone in our family, the kitchen table is perfect for playing cards and games, firepit for fires at night and the location is so close to the village. This was our second stay there and the host is friendly and accommodating!

Our family has the most wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and felt made for us. Everyone could gather together for meals and games but also separate for alone time as needed. It made a special birthday celebration even more special to get to spend it in this beautiful home.

We had a great time! The house was really nice with plenty of space for 10 guys. Close to holiday valley resort and downtown Ellicotville. Fire pit and hot tub were outstanding! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with owner was very prompt. Would definitely book this property again!
