For Fall, Winter and Spring months the house is available with 3 options: full house, 2 floors or 3 floors. But all of the options include the main floor, magnificent views, washer dryer, huge deck and large 2 car garage.
The full house includes 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, full, attached garage, media room and floor to 10" ceiling windows in the living room. High ceilings and granite counters throughout the home -- and views of the lake from the main floor, 2 Masters and lower level bedrooms. Also includes custom Swan Paddle Boat (with signed waiver from guests) for your enjoyment during your stay. Gorgeous new floors -- no carpet -- with a great floor plan. Excellent closet space, laundry area, flat screen tv's in living room, media room and two of the five bedrooms. Enjoy the huge outside deck, BBQ and long piers to accommodate several boats. This location is truly special: private yards, panoramic views of iconic Lake Webster and the historic Dixie Sternwheeler. We had a remarkable week at this lovely property. The house was spacious and clean! The view out the front windows was perfect! We saw amazing sunrises and got to wave at the Dixie each time it went out! The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were as well. We had a great time cooking in the kitchen. I hope we can come back to Mulberry house very soon. It was a relaxing and wonderful week!

The house is new in 2022, and the description on VRBO doesn’t do it justice. It’s roomy, filled with natural light. Impeccably clean. Gloriously comfortable. Perfectly outfitted for indoor & outdoor cooking. Telax indoors or out. The house-wide deck looks east, over the lake, and gives magnificent views of the sunrise! It’s also a great location for sharing a meal or just hanging out with a book and a glass of something.
Lots of fun available on the lake. We look forward to coming back.

We a great time at the newly renovated Mulberry House! The owner & agent we’re very accommodating. And the new construction is so beautiful and huge. Hope to be back again next summer!

Once again Mulberry House delivers as a great vacation spot on Lake Webster!! The owner and property manager are great to work with, and always respond quickly and kindly to any request or questions you have. You never feel like you're bothering them, they're always there to help. The cottage was very recently remodeled and is very well maintained. It's a great spot on the lake, and yet also close to town, grocery store and walking distance to a great coffee house. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming, and knowledgeable about the lake. This was our third year at Mulberry House and we hope to continue the tradition for years to come. Delahunty Family
