The location is great and close to the Main Street in Gatlinburg, home was clean and spacious. The view was amazing from the back decks, probably one of the best from all the places we had previously stayed at in the area. Kitchen was well stocked, the game room was a hit with the kids. Hot tub was clean. The only challenge we had was not a great area for our dog to be let out to go to the bathroom, just not any level grass but I guess that is expected when you are on a hill. Also had 3 black bears in the area the 1st day but didn’t see them after that. We put pine sol in our vehicles to keep them away. Also washer did not work but company was responsive on getting that resolved quickly and sent us more towels for our stay.

Loved this location - amazing views, quiet neighborhood, close to the trolley stop for convenient trips into town.Plenty of space for a multi generational family vacation.

This was a good location with a great view from the balcony. The 5 bedroom 5 bathroom cabin was perfect for our large group. Check in and out was very easy. Communication was solid. Over all this place was good. BUT the cleaning crew must do better. It was obvious they didn’t vacuum very well, if at all. There were hair pins on the floor in my bedroom. This wasn’t the only room with stuff on the floor… frankly the carpet is in bad shape and needs replacing. I also must assume sweeping/mopping the tile and wood floor was lacking. We had a young child who was bear foot inside for an hour after first arriving, his feet were black. After seeing this everyone kept shoes on inside. As it was pretty gross. Based on these observations I can not assume anything thing else was necessarily as clean as it should be.
