About this house rental
Ocean Dreams, with three bedrooms (3 kings), and 2 full baths and 1 half bath is suitable for up to six people in total comfort. Enjoy the cozy living room in front of the gas fireplace and large picture windows for views out over the cove, the ocean, and the Point Cabrillo lighthouse. The formal dining room has its own view windows with open space to the large kitchen with all the necessities.
Take a walk through the pleasant neighborhood (it's just a half-mile to Caspar Beach). Get sand between your toes and watch the waves wash into the shore. On top of that, the little country store at the beach rents paddleboards, surfboards, kayaks, and more.
The deck offers views of the ocean and lighthouse at any time of the day, of course, but it's the favorite spot for many in the evening. It's hard to beat the combination of a nice wine and a lovely sunset.... To see all photos and details visit our website. Although Ocean Dreams is pet friendly, please note that it is limited to dogs only with a maximum number of no more than 1 and must be under 40 lbs.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at Ocean Dreams. The views from the house and yard are spectacular, and everything inside was comfortable and very clean - a nice well-stocked kitchen too! The only thing that could be improved upon would be to replace the outdoor dining table/chairs. Several chairs had broken straps, and the set was overall quite weather beaten. The management company was impressively responsive when we needed help cleaning the furniture on the deck... someone was there within 10 minutes of our call and got everything cleaned up so we could enjoy being outside. Apparently when the grass gets cut, the mower kicks up dirt and dust, which covers the outdoor furniture, which was the case when we arrived, but as mentioned, once we called, the deck furniture was totally cleaned up in less than an hour of our request.Overall, Ocean Dreams is a wonderful place, and we definitely hope to return one day!

The loveliest home with an incredible view. We loved spending time in the back yard playing catch and watching the sunset. One recco is to include blackout curtains in the master bedroom for the lighthouse at night, otherwise this property is perfect and so accessible to both Mendocino and Fort Bragg.

This was our third time at this house. We loved it the first 2 times. The view is just gorgeous and the kitchen modern and deck and hot tub very nice. Location is ideal, close to Mendocino but also to Fort Bragg.
But the new owners have really stripped the place of any character. The couches in the living room which they promised to replace are totally soggy and uncomfortable. There's no decoration or warmth in the room. The back bathrooms need to be remodeled. One is partially remodeled but the only shower in the house is old and unpleasant. The back bathroom is a dinosaur and has terrible lighting and no shower. Bathrooms need to be brought up to date especially as the price almost doubled. We were disappointed this time. I don't know that we will be back. We hoped for some improvements.
