This was a great homebase for our group of 2 adults and 2 teens. Location is hard to beat (except for the train), and it had everything we needed for a great stay.

Location was great, photo does not do justice to closeness to the beach -- our side street was the entrance to the beach. Multiple restaurants, coffee shops and a surf rental shop within walking distance. We only drove when going to grocery store or leaving Del Mar. Property was private, controlled by gate access to a group of condos. Condo was clean and well represented in photos with all necessary amenities. We required absolutely no assistance in accessing or utilizing the rental, very well managed. This will be our first choice when returning to Del Mar. Thank you.
