AIR CONDITIONED upgraded 2 bedroom plus loft fully equipped condo in secluded Ptarmigan Village on Whitefish Mountain. High end finishes include laminate floors on main level, new carpet, granite countertops newer fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and comfortable beds. FULL SIZED WASHER AND DRYER in newly renovated lower bathroom with in floor radiant heat.. There is a beautiful private deck with propane BBQ, bistro set for 4 plus dining set for 4 with view of the lake. Lower walkout level has 2 bedrooms, one with king bed and walk out patio seating area also with view. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom with shower and laundry on this level. Main area has living room with leather furniture, wood-burning fireplace, wall mounted HDTV, wifi, kitchen with eating bar and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. (Firewood is available for purchase at the office. After hours, a bundle of firewood can be purchased at the kiosk )Third bedroom is the upper loft with queen bed. **Circular staircase not suitable for small children or people with mobility issues**
Full access to Ptarmigan Village amenities include indoor saltwater pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor pool in summer, Elmer's pond (stocked with trout) & playground. Ptarmigan private beach on Whitefish Lake is a short drive down the mountain. There are walking trails throughout the village as well as many beautiful hikes in the area.
The town of Whitefish, a short 15 minute drive down the mountain, is a year round resort town with great restaurants, shops, live theatre, festivals and a lively night life. Golfing, skiing, boating, your activity, winter or summer, Whitefish has it! The beautiful Glacier National Park is a 30 minute drive from the town of Whitefish.
