L'accueil chaleureux, l'emplacement et style de la maison. Grande maison avec espace partagé pour la cuisine, salon et petit déjeuner. Facilité de stationnement à proximité et bonne situation géographique pour un séjour à Roubaix (proche du mythique vélodrome). Et surtout très très bon rapport qualité/prix
la Salle de bain et les WC partagés peut être un problème en cas de location des 3 chambres

Le rapport qualité /jprix correspond à ce que nous avions vu sur les photos et à ce que nous avons eu. Le séjour fut agréable, sans mauvaises surprises. Le wifi gratuit était de bonne qualité. Si nous repassons dans la région, nous y retournerions.
