Charming California home! Completely remodeled, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, single level dwelling, fireplace, beautiful patio plus private courtyard, 2 car garage. Your perfect getaway ~ enjoy golf course living! Community center pool and spa available. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Walk to winery for music, dining, and shopping. 20 minute drive to the beach at Torrey Pines, 30 minutes to downtown San Diego and most attractions. Must be 55 + to enjoy. 31 Day minimum rental, longer preferred. NO SMOKERS and, sorry, no pets.

We were very pleased with this rental. The upgrades in this home were very high end and they furnished everything you would ever need. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Ron and Mayzelle were always quick to respond to any questions before we arrived and while we were there. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Ron and Mayzelle,We had a fantastic stay. Your home is lovely, so clean and well equipped. The kitchen is bright, open and cheery. It is situated in a most desirable location with easy access to shopping, sights and all that San Diego has to offer. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view from the patio, overlooking the golf course, is outstanding. It is also a great place to soak in the sun. On a cool evening the fireplace adds to the comfy atmosphere.The nearby Bernardo Winery is an additional bonus with its quaint shops, restaurant and tasting room.
