Located in Tavel, house of the first Rosé de France, this 360 m² house is on an overlooking location and has an exceptional panoramic view of the Mont-Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Alpilles, the Luberon region, the old village of Tavel and its famous vineyards
The ground floor has a large lounge (61 m²)
with an open view, a kitchen, a dining room, 4 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom with shower room and bathtub, a shower room with shower, one separate WC, a large shaded terrace opening into a 2500 m² garden with a 15 x 7 swimming pool.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a separate WC, a large living room with kitchen - dining room, a lounge with a breath-taking view and a balcony.
Furnished with contemporary elements, it is very comfortable and has an air-conditioning unit and a heating system

It is very accessible through the A7 motorway (exit at 4 km) and the Avignon TGV train station

The villa was spacious and air-conditioned with a large swimming pool which kept all ten of us - aged 7 to 70 - happy and cool during the heatwave. There were lots of spaces to gather but also plenty of places to be quiet.
The kitchens were very well equipped so we were able to enjoy meals together as a large group or in smaller family grouping.
We loved the spectacular views from every vantage point in the villa. We had a lovely week and would definitely return.
