This 60 m² apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator has a lot of character with its exposed beams in all the rooms and its high ceilings. It is composed of a living room combining modernity and authenticity and this opens onto a large, fully equipped and very functional open kitchen. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed of 200×160, each with a private bathroom. A separate toilet. Apartment accessible by elevator

The property was fine. Our problem was communication with our host. We needed the code to get into the property upon arrival. Unfortunately, that meant that we needed the information a day before our arrival because that's when we had WiFi and Cell service. Our host was unwilling to provide that information before our arrival. As a result, we had to secure other accommodations in Beaune.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location for exploring Beaune and Burgundy, as advertised. The unit was recently renovated, is perfectly appointed, and the host is outstanding.
