About this apartment rental
Nestled in the Dolomites in South Tyrol, is 400m (a beautiful walk in the plan) from the ski lifts and Paolina is situated in front of the Latemar forest, from which the access routes to the major tours in 10-minute walk in the woods you can reach the beautiful Lake Carezza.
In winter, the Carezza ski resort is within walking distance, the lift Paolina is a 15 min walk.
The Val di Fassa ski with the Passo San Pellegrino, Lusia and the famous Sella Ronda is 25 minutes away by car. Obereggen to 20 minutes.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room, bathroom and balcony in the sun where you can dine and enjoy the Rosengarten and Latemar.
Included in the cost of the apartment there is one parking space in the garage in the basement of the building. In the building there is also a gym.
In the immediate vicinity - 3 minutes walk - the historic Grand Hotel Carezza has a mini market.
Kind note that central heating is only available from December to March. During the other seasons you can use electric heater. Thanks

L'appartamento è davvero ottimo: confortevole, accogliente, ben arredato e con tutte le comodità!
Anche la posizione è favorevole, a pochi passi dalle piste da sci e dagli impianti di risalita. Vicino c'è un piccolo market, il lago di Carezza è raggiungibile a piedi e dietro l'appartamento c'è un bosco (consigliamo di raggiungere il Minibar Pitt se si ama la carne alla griglia) :-)
