This is a luxury townhouse located in a gated community within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs, the Convention Center and the Agua Caliente Casino. 3 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, 3 bathrooms (one for each bedroom). Fully equipped kitchen, enclosed garage for a single car. The unit is directly across the driveway from one of two community swimming pools and spas. Other amenities include: washer and dryer on site, gas barbeque, Cable TV with DVD player, WiFi internet access.

Wonderful location, easily walkable to downtown, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. With three bedrooms, the condo was a perfect set up for visiting family. Larry was very prompt and responsive to all inquiries and accommodating of special requests. We would definitely apply for this property again.
