About this house rental
Our fully renovated house can accommodate up to 10 people. Facing south, it is located in a quiet area on a large, fully enclosed plot of over 1,000m², access to the beach via a secure path (150m).
From the first floor, 3 large balcony windows will allow you to admire the superb Goulven Bay, which the sea fills as soon as the tide coefficient exceeds 60.
For sleeping, the ground floor offers 2 adult bedrooms (160x200 bed).
Upstairs, a dormitory in the "summer camp" spirit awaits you to share pleasant evenings for young and old. This dormitory is equipped with 4 90x200 beds and a 160x200 bed.
Rates All Charges Included (water, electricity, tourist tax).
Linen is provided:
- for all beds (duvets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases, pillows)
- for the bathroom (towels, washcloths, bath sheets).
In Plouneour-Brignogan-Plages, it is possible to practice sand yachting, fishing on foot, the sea withdrawing completely into the bay (tide), as well as kite-surfing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, stand-up padle, rib loin ...
The shops are located 600 m from the village (grocery store, bakery, bar-tobacco-press, tourist office).

Accueil très chaleureux avec une délicate attention (spécialités bretonnes) le jour de notre arrivée !
La maison est très bien située, spacieuse, confortable et aussi bien équipée.
L'espace extérieur est grand, clos et bien entretenu

Großes, großzügiges Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet. Daniel hat uns empfangen und hat sich um alles gekümmert, absolut nett und zuvorkommend. Lage zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte mit Bäcker/Tabac/Supermarkt/Creperie/Café perfekt. Einzig die Couch in der Küche und die Polster auf der Palettencouch im ersten Stock sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ersetzt werden. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang von Daniel haben wir uns sofort in diesem Haus zurecht gefunden. Die Lage ist nur wenige Schritte von der Bucht entfernt. Wunderschöne Badestrände sind in kurzer Distanz erreichbar.
