About this villa rental
Quiet holiday, relaxing and sports: this is what we offer to our guests, who will enjoy a home with spacious (200m²), a large fully enclosed garden of 1048m² with open views over the Belledonne and Chartreuse. The private pool reaches 30 ° in summer and is equipped with a solar shower, the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a plancha; chairs, a garden and a large table will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
On the ground floor, a large 50m² living room welcomes you, as well as: a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge US (ice and fresh water at will!), a veranda, a dining room, a living room with flat screen and dvd, a double room with flat screen, a double room with en-suite bathroom, a bathroom with Italian shower.
Upstairs: a large game room with internet connection (possibility extra bed on request), three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower.
Mezzanine converted into a gym (treadmill + weight bench).
Contemporary decor.
All this in a quiet environment (neighbors but absent in summer), close to bike, walks without taking the car (guides available).
All shops are also nearby (bakery, butchers, tobacco, supermarkets).

The villa sits in the foothills of the Alps and has beautiful views all around it. Nice clean pool which all the children (ages 10 - 17) thoroughly enjoyed and the outdoor cooking area is great (we used this most nights, it was nice to sit outside and eat when it was cooler). The villa has no a/c and no fans were provided.....in temperatures of +95 degrees this made it virtually impossible to sleep, so much so we actually left a day early. The children all ended up sleeping in the lounge as the upstairs was unbearable, you could barely breath it was so hot. We couldn't open the windows due to all the bugs as everyone was being bitten. We had a problem with wasps upstairs - no idea how they were getting in but they were very sleepy and dying on the landing area (this also put the children off sleeping upstairs). The tumble dryer didn't work, the ice machine on the fridge was also faulty and some of the plug sockets around the villa were temperamental!! It would have been useful to have basic instructions for the washing machine etc in English ( we did figure it out but it would have made it a lot easier). Average beds and sadly the pillows were so uncomfortable we resorted to using cushions from the sofa. Nice meal at Buffalo Grill in Crolles and the pastries from the local bakers were divine. We enjoyed the company of the cat!
