About this apartment rental
In fenced and landscaped garden, on the first floor of a large detached house, in very quiet area, 300 meters from the large sandy beach 'Les Mielles' and the same distance to the beach '' Mare '' more character intimate and wilder. Close to shops, the port and along the customs road.
This cottage with independent entrance, is intended for 5/6 people.
Christmas 2018, the rest of the property will not be occupied.
The tenants have private parking, barbecue and a part garden with flowers and aromatic herbs corner to use without moderation. Relaxation chairs, parasol.
The balcony (14 m²), equipped for rest and meals offers a magnificent sea view and Fort La Latte, facing west, it turns into a pleasant observatory in the evening at sunset. Observatory also during the day, on children who can romp safely in the square below,
The apartment furnished and decorated with quality and care, has:
- a bedroom (bed 140) with dressing room, bathroom with bath and private toilet, sea view,
- a bedroom (bed 140) with washbasin and thalasso shower.
- a small room (bed 90) with washbasin,
- a mini room for a young child
- a spacious kitchen fully equipped: electric oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, many electrical appliances, white porcelain crockery ..... Sea view of the sink, worktop and dining table in central island.
- a reading area well supplied with local documentation and various fine works on the sea and the region.

- a living room with two leather banquettes 3 places each.
