Set on an extremely rare double-lot in Manhattan Beach's famed Sand Section, this home is ideally located in a peaceful neighborhood only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to downtown Manhattan Beach and all its boutique shops and dining. School playgrounds, nearby park, and greenbelt jogging trail just one block away compliment the setting.

We stayed at this amazing house and were so sad to leave. It truly has everything you could ask for. Impeccably clean, gorgeously decorated, fully stocked kitchen, great location, responsive owners. Our 2 kids especially enjoyed the amazing outdoor space and heated pool. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you Kyle and Linda!

We couldn't have been more happy with our decision to rent this property for our stay in Manhattan Beach. Amazing clean, luxurious, and convenient in every way. Only a few minutes away from the beach and anything else you would want close by - shopping restaurants, bars. Kyle did an amazing job of making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay including help if any issues were to come up. Highly recommend grabbing this rental if you're lucky enough for it to be open!
