About this house rental
250 m from the beach and the port, is our semi-detached holiday rental house, in a small residence where calm is assured. Large enclosed land (common to the property) where children can play in peace. Playground near by. Walking and cycling trips are possible from the house. At 700 m, a daily market in the town is available on Place de l'Abbatiale, shops: bakery, pastry shop, newsagent, fishmonger, butcher, various restaurants (crêperie, pizzeria ...), mini-market with the possibility of home delivery , various library services, bicycle rental.
Description of the house. Ground floor: Cuis corner. fitted, induction hob, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven. Living room: 3 seater sofa. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). Mezzanine: 1 bed (120 cm sofa), shower room - bedroom in the attic (access by miller's ladder): 2 beds (90 cm). Outside: Terrace, private garden and garage.
20 € package for heating from early November to late April

Great location, clean and cozy house. Well equipped with a nice kitchen. Few minutes walk from the amazing coastline. 4G/Cellphone reception is limited so WiFi would be welcome.

Très bon séjour propriétaires charmants emplacement idéal on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied appartement très propre et décoré avec soin superbe expérience malgré un voisin un peu spécial mais je reviendraid
