Well equipped house, located in a small hamlet in the heart of Aveyron.

Many tourist circuits allow you to enjoy the charm of classified villages: Belcastel, Najac, Sauveterre de Rouergue, Conques, Cordes sur Ciel (favorite French village 2014), St Cirq Lapopie (favorite village of the French in 2012), historical places : Peyrusse Le Roc, caves of Foissac, and various castles ..., without forgetting the famous viaduct of Millau and the new museum Soulages!
The young and old can also indulge in the joys of swimming in public pools or lakes in Baraqueville, or Pareloup Lévézou.
You can also enjoy the rich cuisine of the region (Roquefort, aligot, estofinade, truffles, Marcillac wine, cake pin, meats ...), Restaurant Le Vieux Pont Belcastel 1 Michelin star, Bras restaurant in Laguiole: 3 stars

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter cette région de l'Aveyron et départements limitrophes qui cache de charmants villages.
Gîte dans un village avec un jardin très agréable.
Gîte très propre à l'arrivée avec mesures de désinfection suite au Covid-19. Propriétaire accueillant. Taille du gîte bien adapté pour une famille de 4.

We enjoyed this characterful old house in a quiet village with a lovely outlook, very central for visiting the main historic & cultural sites & areas of natural beauty of Aveyron. there are good facilities for cooking meals & washing & drying clothes.. Meals can be taken in the kitchen or on the terrace overlooking the garden and fields. The hosts are very helpful and answer any queries promptly and fully. We are a retired couple, but this house would also suit a family with children.
