Completely renovated, the house has a large living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms with two bathrooms, a games room for children with two sofa beds, and two shady terraces.
Located 15 minutes from the villages Vans and out of a charming hamlet you walking access to the river for swimming but also for hiking and cycling.
Many activities nearby: canoeing / kayaking, canyoning, climbing, caving, horseback riding, mountain biking, Tree ... etc.
You can also walk to the many typical markets surrounding villages.
Located 40 minutes from Vallon Pont D'Arc, 30 minutes from the gorges of Ardeche and 15 minutes of the Chassezac gorges
You're a couple? You can rent only the ground floor of the house (Large living room with open kitchen + a double room + one bathroom) with all outside for a great price.

La maison est un véritable havre de paix. Elle est extrêmement bien équipée. Sa localisation est idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent être au calme et pouvoir profiter des activités sportives ou autres du Sud Ardèche. La terrasse face à la vallée est juste l'endroit idéal pour se relaxer.
