About this cottage rental
Outbuilding in a hamlet adjoining the owners' house, garden level, flexible according to 2 to 6 adults + baby.
Extra options: animal, linen, cleaning (because not included into the quote- details below)

- a living/dining room with TV/DVD/HDMI
1 sofa bed 90cm with 1 drawer bed 90cm on request
- Alcove / library, 2 beds 80 x 200 cm (or a large double bed), additional bed on request
- a single bedroom of 11 m² with sink: 1 very large double bed (or 2 twin beds 90 x 200 cm)
- enclosed garden of 2500 m² with playground (trampoline, swings, swing, 2 private terraces/barbecue, private enclosed parking inside the property
ON DEMAND:
- an 80 x 190 cm slatted bed with supplement.
- 2 "umbrella" cots with bed linen provided 60x120 cm, high chair/table, WC reducer, toys, baby swing, stroller
DO NOT COUNT children - 2 years old in the total capacity if they use our cot
POSSIBLE RENTAL OPTION SHEETS AND TOWELS

Great place to stay out of Paris. So close to Disney and to nice small towns like Province. The place is nice and cozy with all the things you need to have a good time. Thank you Jean and Sylvie.

We stayed here for 3 nights so that we could visit Disney. The gîte is lovely, with a big garden (which sadly we didn’t get to use much, because we were out all day). Sylvie was very helpful and answered all our questions before our visit.The house is about 10 minutes by bus from Disney, with a walk of about 10 minutes to the bus stop (warning: there is a VERY steep hill). On the first night Sylvie helped us to arrange a taxi from the train station (Marné la vallee/Disney) - I would recommend this if you have luggage, otherwise you’ll be pulling it up the steep hill! But after that the bus was perfect to get to Disney and back.The local area seemed nice, but we didn’t get to explore much - we would like to go back and see more.

Rien à dire, accueil sympa, petite maison avec jardin et pleins d'équipements pour les enfants. Le confort est là avec petit déjeuner sur demande. Même les draps ont été personnalisés pour ma fille (draps Bambi). Je recommande si on veut aller au parc Disney c'est vraiment tout proche.
