In the middle of vineyards and olive trees, this one-storey gite welcomes you for a peaceful stay in a large enclosed garden with trees of 500 m2. 5 minutes walk from the village of Lourmarin.

- A dining room for 6 people, table and chairs

My friend and I spent 11 wonderful nights at the "maison" and couldn't be more pleased. The house was spacious, well appointed and the location was exceptional! An easy 10 minute walk to town. The location is in a very quiet, country type setting. Perfect for evening walks.
The house was well equipped - we only needed groceries. There is a small but well stocked grocery/deli store right at the entrance of town within the 10 minute walk.
The hosts were very gracious in stocking the kitchen with salt, pepper, olive oil, herbs de Provence and balsamic vinegar.
Even a starter supply of instant coffee and tea.
A nice touch was a welcome gift of Provence cookies and a bottle of rose - my favorite wine now.
One drawback was the second bedroom which is located in a former entryway. There was only a curtain, no door, that separated the little room from the hallway. And no place to put a suitcase, but we made it work.
We certainly liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the spacious shower room.
Enjoyed the covered patio area for dining and relaxing in the comfortable lounge chairs. Perfect for sunbathing and reading.
The backyard could use a little TLC - a bit of a limited view of the next door vineyard.
Overall this was a very enjoyable stay and experience. We will be back next year. We loved our "maison."

Superbe maison dans un village très charmant. La maison est confortable même par fortes chaleurs. Les environs immédiats permettent des promenades à pied, les villages aux alentours sont à visiter. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait avec notre chien. A recommander !

We hebben genoten van het weer, de natuur en de prachtige dorpjes in de omgeving. Heerlijk dat je Lourmarin lopend kan bereiken.
Op de site stond vermeld dat de verhuurders 5 talen spreken. Dit was niet het geval en leverde communicatieproblemen op. In de eerste instantie in verband met de betaling en mogelijk ook later toen de verhuurders een aantal dagen vertrokken zonder ons hiervan op de hoogte te stellen.
Het huis was prima. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. automatische verlichting buiten en in de gang en toilet. Het huis had 1 slaapkamer die je dicht kon doen. Verder twee open ruimtes waar je kon slapen.
Het bed waar wij sliepen was te kort en te smal. We hebben hierdoor minder goed geslapen en besloten een dag eerder te vertrekken om de terugreis in twee dagen te kunnen plannen.
Verder als advies: eigen beddengoed mee nemen of betalen en weet dat er geen wifi is.
