Comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation rental that sleeps eight is located on the 10th floor of the Phoenix II.

· King size bed on carpet in the master bedroom

We enjoyed our stay and the view was awesome, but the condo needs some work. The bathroom vent fan made a horrible noise. When you showered everything got wet from condensation. When you used the dryer it took 4 times turning it on in order to dry towels and cloths. There was so much lint down in the hole where it catches lint I had to dig it out. The outlets would not hold a plug. I would plug my phone charger in and it would fall out of the outlet. There were several like that. All the condos I’ve stayed in always had a few coffee filters, paper towels a roll of toilet tissue etc. to get your stay started. There was nothing in the condo. No pot holders or a broom. The elevator had no ventilation, hot and smelt bad.

Older but nice enough condo. Nice pool, nice workout room and love the coffee place next door!Location is excellent. Restaurants, shopping ... everything near by. The security guys at the gate were always smiling!We love to crack our window at night to listen to the waves but were disappointed that the bedroom door did not open. Had a major leak from above floors - it happens. We used our towels to soak up the water. We asked 3 different times for them to pick up the towels and replace them which they never did. We gave up.
