About this apartment rental
This studio apartment is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the Couer d' Alene area. It is one block from Sanders Beach, very close to Tubbs Hill Natural Area, about l0 blocks to the center of downtown and one block from the Ironman Triathlon course.
The studio apartment is situated above the garage of our private residence. It has an outside stairway private entrance. There is private outside parking directly next to the studio. Everything in the studio is spotlessly clean, cozy and very livable. Wifi is included. The double size Murphy bed is made with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress for comfort and down blankets for the winter..If you do not know what a Murphy bed is please go to the 'Photos' portion of the website and you will see how a Murphy bed just comes down out of the wooden structure to lay on the floor with a mattress and box springs within the Murphy Bed!!

We left the location one block away from Sanders beach enjoy the beautiful hike just down the road the studio was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come here again.

I would strongly recommend this property. It was very clean, all accommodations were provided, check in was easy, and communication from the hosts was very helpful. The room was cozy, welcoming and quaint, a little alcove in the middle of a lush tree filled neighborhood, the neighborhood was beautiful and safe, and the VRBO was only one block from a large, scenic lake and a beach area, as well as being a short drive from a natural park and trails with easy access to restaurants and other natural attractions.. I stayed here while running the Coeur d'Alene Half Marathon, and the start was a short drive from this place. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable in this location, and would strongly recommend this gem to anyone!
