About this house rental
House, quiet and comfortable, 100 m from the GR34 path and the beautiful beach accessible on foot without crossing a road and with a view of the sea from the floor.
4 bikes available (2 adults and 2 children)
Enclosed garden of approximately 400 m2 and parking.
Superette of the campsite with bread and pastries 2 min walk
Located by the sea and on the beach on the Sainte Marguerite peninsula, between Aber-Benoit and Aber-Wrach, near the coastal path Gr 34 and the dunes.
The house is planned for 6 people maximum:
- on the ground floor :
• a bedroom with a double bed (140 * 190),
• in the large living room: a fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge, TV and bluetooth sound bar. Direct access to the terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue) and to the garden,
• Bathroom with bathtub,
• a toilet.
**** Upstairs :
* 1 bedroom with a sea view:
with 1 double bed: 160cm * 200cm
* 1 mezzanine with sea view (normal ceiling height) with 2 single beds (90 * 190) and a baby bed,
and office area.
Indulge in wide open space activities or rest at a magnificent site, walk on the Gr 34 coastal path, discover the foreshore on foot: hectares of surfaces discovered by the tides that punctuate the activity on board sea, swimming, fishing on foot but also all the water sports that allow you to discover the place.
The large sandy beach of Sainte-Marguerite is also a marked spot, recognized by windsurfers and kite surfers.
This is an opportunity to take the time and live at the mercy of the tides.
Supermarket nearby on foot from June to September, all amenities and shops, restaurants and markets nearby 2km, the port of Aber- Wrach, its marina and its sailing, diving, kayak rental, sea trips, etc. ...
The region is rich in cultural activities of all kinds (painting exhibitions, classical concerts, or other, gastronomy ...).
The after and before season are often exceptional moments for their sweetness.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables, nous n'avons manqué de rien, la proximité de la plage et de la supérette U est un vrai plus !
Et la vue des chambres de l'étage est un régal 😊.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactifs en cas de petit "souci ".

A moins de 600km de Paris, vous trouverez :
- Des beaux paysages et des chouettes balades (les sentiers côtiers sont vraiment sympas)
- Un accès très rapide à la plage Sainte Marguerite qui est très belle et agréable. A marée basse vous aurez des belles promenades dessus.
- Des commerces à 5 minutes en voiture, 15 en vélo car ça monte pour aller dans le bourg (la boucherie est de qualité, les boulangers aussi, vous pouvez commander des paquets de crêpes nature à ‘Histoire de crêpes’ le soir pour le lendemain. Le marché le mardi permet de s’approvisionner en très bons fromages ‘pavé breton, tomme aux algues, timanoix….’)
- De la fraicheur !! L’air est frais, ça fait du bien quand il fait chaud partout ailleurs. L’eau est fraiche aussi, la mise à l’eau n’est pas toujours facile ;)
- Un très bon accueil par vos hôtes
- Une maison saine, très propre, confortable et bien équipée même avec des enfants en bas âge, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour les vacances.
- Un grand jardin avec terrasse et deux transats au soleil, en été le soleil jusqu’à 21h qui donne dessus !
La location en elle même est très bien, et fut idéale pour notre séjour de 2 semaines : 1 couple, 2 enfants et nos grands mères qui sont passées. Le lit du haut est très ferme et nous avons bien dormi dessus.
La bonne surprise de la location ? Les velux à étage qui donne sur la mer ! On est presque content de se lever le matin pour l’ouvrir :) ça permet aussi de voir les couchers de soleil et les étoiles.
Une maison que je recommanderai à quiconque souhaite visiter cette très belle partie de la Bretagne.
