About this villa rental
Everything is accessible on foot, the villa is 100m from Bestouan beach, 600m from Cassis port and 800m from Calanque de Port-Miou, in the Calanques National Park.
Price lowered if you are very few - to do with the owners.
The villa is composed of:
- 7 double bedrooms, each with its bathroom and WC
- 1 bedroom with 4 sleeping places (2 bunk beds) with its shower room and its WC
- a very large living room with a hyper-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 2 dishwashers, 110 cm stove), 2 guest WCs.
- at the swimming pool level, a hyper-equipped summer kitchen, an outdoor shower, 1 WC
- 2 car garage and 3 outdoor spaces
- laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers
- large terraces equipped with garden furniture: tables, chairs, deckchairs, deckchairs, ...
SWIMMING POOL 14.5m long, heated and secure.
Wifi and air conditioning throughout the house.
The rent includes the supply of sheets and towels for the bathrooms (You must bring pool/beach towels). Final cleaning is extra and costs 600 €.
Rental for a period of less than 1 week possible only outside school holidays.

Absolutely enchanting view and location. The pool is lovely. Good parking and very clean. Also stayed here 3 years ago. Suggestions: Replace towels and replace quilts in all bedrooms (all tired and worn), provide washcloths, provide kitchen organization. Since there are two kitchens, we were constantly running back and forth to find things. Labeling where things are supposed to be would help.It was chaos. Provide adequate toilet paper, etc for longer stays, make sure garbage pick up at the property is included. The owner is great to deal with. Overall ...wonderful experience.

The villa exceeded our expectations. We were a large family vacationing together. It is not easy to find places that comfortable fit everyone. The bedrooms were all great. The younger children (8,10,11,14) enjoyed the bunk room. The location was perfect easy to walk to town and easy to hike to the Calanques. We didn’t use our car all week. My suggestion would be to take an Uber from the airport. There is enough to do that you really don’t need to drive anywhere, except maybe the grocery store. We cooked in a couple of nights and the kitchen worked great. Our only problem was with the grill. When we plugged it in the power to the house went out. Yannick was very quick to come over. He figured out that having the both the grill on and the oven inside was too much. He fixed the problem. The kids enjoyed the pool as did the adults. I would definitely recommend this Villa.

This is a very spacious villa, in a fabulous location close to the centre and the beach. All bedrooms had en suite, which made for a relaxing holiday with so many people. The villa has breathtaking views of the castle, the port and the cliffs of Cassis. We were a family party of 12 and had a fantastic week, hanging out by the pool, sharing meals, walking in the Calanques and sampling the local market and cafes.

Stunning!!! Went to France for a family vacation. We were multi generational here celebrating a birthday. We read the reviews and trusted. Oh my this place was excellent. Better than the pictures, amazing location. Isabella and the hosts helped with recommendations. We loved hosting a private chef dinner. Argus place as anazibg. Merci
