About this cottage rental
Description: We are in Rochefort du Gard, (5 min. From Avignon, by bus 15 min.) Very well located for the Avignon Festival and for visiting all of Provence. Le Pont du Gard, Orange, Nîmes, the Beaux de Provence, St. Rémy en Provence, Ile sur Sorgues, Camargue, les Plages, Pretty house of 48 m², renovated in 2019, adjoining the main building, with a large secure swimming pool (9. 20 m by 4. 00 m), closed at night, to share only with the owners.
The house is air conditioned, it consists
a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2, baby bed on request, TV (TNT), flat screen, fully equipped kitchen, except dishwasher.
Laundry room, private terrace, plancha,
large table, deckchairs, pergola. On a plot of 2100 m²,
Electric gate. Children's chair, bikes, games on site.
Bus station for Avignon 1 min. Linens, pool towels SUPPLIED! Cleaning fee 40 €. We speak GERMAN, ENGLISH and ITALIAN.
We have a dog (German Shepherd), he is very nice and two cats (outside).

Upon arrival, we were made to feel very welcome by our hosts, Fabrice & Alexandra, who gave us time to unpack & then invited us to join them for a drink on the terrace.
The accommodation is superb. Comfortable, clean and well equipped, plus ideally located for visting the surrounding areas due to excellent road links.
The garden around the property is just incredible ... you have your own outside space but there are also lots of break out areas, which allow privacy, but also communal areas where you can socialise with the family if you wish.
The pool is outstanding and was very much appreciated during the heat of the day.
Fabrice & Alexandra are excellent hosts, not just by giving us great tourist advice, but by being such genuinely lovely people. We did not just have a holiday here, we were made to feel so comfortable and have made some new friends who we will be visiting again in the future.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this attractive and well-equipped gite. There is comfortable outdoor seating and the swimming pool was lovely. Fabrice and Alexandra were delightful, welcoming us warmly and always helpful. They kindly provide much needed support when we had a major problem with our hire car. There is lots to do in the area, with Avignon, Arles and other historical cities within easy reach. We are interested in birds and enjoyed visiting the Carmague, in particular seeing lots of flamingos in the parc ornithogique at Pont de Gau and we went on an excellent boat trip from Saintes Maries de la Mer. Another favourite was the astonishing cave paintings in the Grotte Cosquer at Marseille. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much, Fabrice and Alexandra.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve, dans le calme et la beauté de la nature. C’est vraiment le bon endroit pour se ressourcer ! Tout est parfait la piscine est parfaite et l’accueil est au top ! Fabrice et Alexandra sont là pour que votre séjour soit merveilleux.

Gite très sympathique et fonctionnel dans un univers de verdure, espace vegetalise appréciable, au calme d'où se dégage la sérénité qui permet de se ressourcer.
La piscine pourvue d'éléments pour la détente au soleil ou à l'ombre, permet de goûter la fraîcheur et faire quelques brasses.
Je saluerai particulièrement la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires qui sans nous importuner savaient au bon moment trouver les mots justes.
Leurs trois chiens sont adorables..
Si vous n'aimez pas la gente canine il est peu probable que l'endroit soit idéal.
Avons donc passé trois belles semaines et un renouvellement de l'expérience serait plutôt à envisager.
