It faces west with views of gardens and the district of California.
It is behind the Martinez hotel, close to the beach and all shops, as well as rue d'Antibes.

Mrs. Agnes welcomed us in an excellent way! The closest beach is a few steps from the property, also another plus point is the guarded and private parking. The apartment is very hot, the air conditioning system was a bit weak ... but all in all, very bearable. I highly recommend this apartment!
