You’re going to love this three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo! Designed in the style of a beach cottage and showcasing Gulf, beach, and pool views through floor-to-ceiling windows, it gives off all the beach vibes. After busy beach days, relax in the spacious open living room where there is plenty of seating on stylish furnishings, including two comfy sofas and two armchairs. When you need a little downtime, a huge flatscreen TV is just the ticket, and the setup is also perfect for family game nights.
Keeping everyone fed is easy in the fully-stocked kitchen, with warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for meal prep, including both single-cup and full-pot coffee makers. There’s also a matching wet bar with an ice maker, blender, and open glass shelving, the perfect spot to set out post-beach drinks and snacks. When it’s time to dine, there are three stools at the huge breakfast bar, as well as a six-person table in the Gulfview dining room.
With three spacious bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home easily accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families. In the well-appointed primary suite, you’ll love the King bed, large flatscreen TV, and huge ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, jetted Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. Each of the guest bedrooms has two queen beds, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. There’s even a fourth bathroom, so everyone can truly have their own space.
Outside, the private balcony has incredible views of everything Phoenix West has to offer, including the Gulf, the white-sand beaches, and the beachfront pools. In fact, located right on the second floor, you’ll have great views of the pools, especially the lazy river, making it easy to keep an eye on your family without ever leaving the privacy of your condo. This is paradise!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great location . Right on the beach. The lazy was fun . Good check in and check out experience. The condo was large and well maintained.

Everything was very smooth, check in and out. Everything was really nice, clean and accessible. No problems with the property at all. Very beautiful condo. Lots of room and the amenities were great.
