About this house rental

Our house is very nice,
Furnished with care, it corresponds more to a dwelling rather than a furnished rental.
The living room is large and fresh even in high season and the first room is spacious and south facing, the second is smaller and has a double bed .The third has a single bed
The fully equipped kitchen is very functional.
2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other shower are very practical.
The 500 m² garden is decorated with two terraces provide shaded or sunny naps choice.
2 steps from the sea, you access carefree walk with at your convenience, the beach tamarisk and its sailing club, windsurfing and catamaran, the Miramar focused more on smaller with inflatable elastic, trampolines and or that little adventure course Argentiere near the departure of pines and beautiful coastal path towards the fort Brégançon.
300m from the port, shuttles to the islands, and a small complex of sympatiques shops and restaurants and a craft market once a week in summer as well as varied entertainment (foam ball, small concerts, karaoke night londais of artists, radio podium, and even a young jazz festival ...) What a holiday, sports or otherwise, more or less animated for others.
The house is close to a main road, especially in high season, but that allows you to be in port and at sea walk very fast.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and although I have listed some minus points, these did not detract from our holiday.
Plus points
* Very clean
* Very spacious
* Large secure garden that our 2 year old Grandson could run around safely in.
* Great location for accessing the beautiful local beaches.
* Great location for accessing the various restaurants at the harbour.
* A very warm welcome and attentive service was provided by Marie-Line.
* Our Grandson did not want to come home he loved it so much.
Minus Points (these are only minor)
* There is no air conditioning, and only one fan provided for the accommodation. A fan for each bedroom would have been ideal.
* There are holes in all of the mosquito nets, so leaving the windows open was not really an alternative.
* Although there are two bathrooms, there is only one toilet, and this is situated off the main living area.

House is located in Walking distance from the Harbour and Beach, in a very nice neighborhood with permanent residents. Our children loved the garden. The host was very helpful and relaxed. Over the course of the day, the road noise was the only issue, but the evening and night were quiet again. The fully equipped Kitchen is Brand new, all others Equipment works fine, dish washer, washing machine.
We look forward to returning in One of the next years

House is located in Walking distance from the Harbour and Beach, in a very nice neighborhood with permanent residents. Our children loved the garden. The host was very helpful and relaxed. Over the course of the day, the road noise was the only issue, but the evening and night were quiet again. The fully equipped Kitchen is Brand new, all others Equipment works fine, dish washer, washing machine.
