Whenever an upper floor flushed the toilet, the pipes squealed and woke you up.Asked them to look at and they were going to get right on it, emailed complaint 2 days later, looking into ASAP. I'm sure problem will not be fixed within next couple of months

The condo was dated as described in previous reviews, but not THAT bad. The furniture was relatively clean and quite comfortable. The barstools in the kitchen are useless because they are too tall for the counter. This unit is in what is considered “the basement” so ceilings are low, and it feels a little cavernous. Remotes needed batteries, 1 lamp switch was broken, couple light bulbs out, no Ice maker, and freezer leaks. Old caulking at base of toilets gives the appearance that it is not clean. Needs to be scraped up and replaced. Weird enclosed “sunroom” off the master that was not ventilated so it was stinky and damp! Useless! All that being said, we LOVED the location. Outdoor patio was big and literally on the edge of the pool, but on the opposite end of building from the kiddie pool. I have never stayed in a condo so close to the beach!! Traveled with my 75 year old Mom and she could easily navigate to the beach. No elevators, no loooong piers dragging coolers, etc. Took a cooler tote with a few drinks and just walked a short trek back to condo to refill and eat. Location is worth the $ Will probably rent again if I can’t find a nicer condo in a similar location.

For the most part, our stay was good. The property itself was fairly clean. The condo had some issues.......the dryer didn't work for two days, there were dead hermit crabs on the patio, there were broken beach chairs on the patio, the water pressure in the showers left you feeling like you had been pelted with sand and the coffee pot was terribly dirty. My grandchildren were oblivious to these things, so I'm happy that they had a good time.
