About this apartment rental
Very nice apartment completely renovated, comfortable, in a luxury residence in the heart of Menton, close to shops, railway station, bus station, casino, Biovès gardens (citrus exposure during the lemon festival) and 100m beach, LED TV with uSB plug for film dvx, wireless internet, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen. Possibility of a parking surcharge.

Several points to note: linen is not provided, as stated, you have to ask for it and it doesn't include any towels, just some unironed bedlinen. Flat would not be suitable for light sleepers: rubbish collection starts at 5am, dog walkers (and their barking pets) till 2am. Aircon is rather noisy so v poor sleep guaranteed. I moved out 3 days ahead of time when air con started leaking water when on, it was just impossible to sleep. Would have been nice to have a standard, not folding bed and a small sofa, larger TV with foreign channels. But then again it's a matter of what you paid for, I suppose. WiFi worked fine, kitchen well stocked. All very clean, it helps to justify 50euro cleaning charge.
