Rent apartment of 30 m2 in Arc 2000, all comfort with balcony whose view overlooks Mont Blanc.
A bunk bed and a double sofa in the entrance, a double sofa in the main room.
American kitchen containing a hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a raclette, a fondue maker, a kettle, a blender, a fridge with freezer.
Television with USB key, radio cd.
Plenty of storage including cupboards for skis, boots and suits.
Nice studio at the foot of the slopes.
Ski shops and schools nearby.
Live station: Bowling, Pub, Restaurants and possibility of having access to Arc 1950, 1800 and 1600 by free shuttles.

The Rauch’s have a really nice apartment, that is very well equipped (a dishwasher, oven, a proper hob and a freezer plus all the cooking equipment you could want) with a stunning view of Mont Blanc.Also, the apartment felt spacious for the myself and my 2 adult sons plus the expanding table and extra chairs meant we were able to comfortably host our ski buddies for dinner on a couple of occasions.(Les Arcs 2000 doesn’t have a boulangerie or a proper supermarket but the later can be overcome vis the short cable car that runs into the night down into 1950.)The only downside is that the apartment is not quite in the heart of the action. It’s a 5 minute walk to Place Olympique and whilst you can ‘ski in’, this requires getting on a specific lift (Lanchette) or a carpet that can’t actually move the weight of an adult. Likewise ‘skiing out’ is fine but does rely on a Poma running, something that it was only doing half the time when we set off 1st thing in the morning.

We stayed in this flat for 3 nights and it has been exactly what we expected. Close to the lifts, you will be able to come back to the residence without walking and you’ll need to walk 3 minutes to have dinner.

L appartement est bien situé
Bien équipé
La salle de bain est a refaire...mais vu que ces locations partent bien..ce n est pas prêt d être fait !!
La propreté n était pas maximale
On nous a loué un appartement avec balcon et vu sur le mont Blanc...
Il y avait déjà 1 metre de neige compacte sur la terrasse
Puis suite a la tempête de neige en milieu de semaine la neige atteignait le balcon du dessus
Aurant dire qu on a loué un igloo !! On a vecu avec la lumière sans voir le jour de la semaine
Je pense que le propriétaire n habite pas loin et devrait pouvoir venir verifier si il y a du déneigement sa faire
