About this house rental
Renovated house with a superb sea view from all rooms (except one bedroom). it can accommodate 6 people with a spacious living room. The living room is equipped with a large leather corner sofa with 2 large windows overlooking a superb view of the sea and Milliau Island in Trébeurden then on the classified site of Dourven in Locquémeau. The open kitchen has the same view and gives access to the south-facing terrace. The bathroom with a walk-in shower also offers you this magnificent view.
The upper floor is made up of 3 bedrooms. 2 sea view rooms with double bed and a garden view room with double bed.
The garden is very pleasant. You can let your children play in peace because the garden is closed. From the terrace where you will lounge you can see your children playing on the swing.
Locquémeau and its small fishing port is located 10 km from Lannion and 20 km from Perros Guirec, a tourist hotspot on the Pink Granite Coast. the village and its shops is located 200m from the house (bakery, grocery store, newsagent, hairdresser, fishmonger, restaurant, cafes, post office) in summer a weekly market organized by local organic producers.
If you like hiking, at the start of the house you can access several coastal paths, from family walks to day hikes, everyone will find what they are looking for with wonderful landscapes.
You can also visit several Bréhat, Batz, the 7 islands, Ouessant islands ... from Perros Guirec and thereby visit our magnificent pink granite coast.
Our region is very lively with various very varied festivities. From the festival of 'Vieilles Charrues' to the 'hydrangea feast' or to the 'Saint Loup' festival you will find something to spend unforgettable moments in our region.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und mit einer sagenhaften Aussicht auf das Meer. Alles was im Urlaub benötigt wird ist im Haus vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Sehr sympathisches Haus mit historischem Charme und einem herrlichen Garten mit Schaukel. Sehr ruhige Lage, der Meerblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom Eßtisch aus ist wunderbar!

Charmante maison de vacances à la décoration soignée située à proximité de la plage (10 mn à pied). La pièce à vivre très agréable bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la mer.La literie est très bonne. L'accès à internet et wifi de grande qualité. Transats, salon de jardin, BBQ et parasol vous permettent de profiter du jardin et de la terrasse.
Très disponible et réactive, Laurence est à l'écoute. Elle fait le maximun pour faciliter votre séjour.
