About this villa rental
The spacious and pleasant villa is located in a quiet area, about ten minutes' walk from the village center. Village located 7 km from St Rémy and in the heart of Provence.
You can relax in the garden with trees (laurels, olive trees, fruit trees) and flowers, bordered by a row of plane trees, or on the shaded terrace. You will cool off in summer in the private south-facing swimming pool, 8 mx 4 m, with a safety shutter. The land is fenced and there are no vis-à-vis.
You will occupy this spacious villa of 155 m², built in 2005, which can be suitable for two families, with its 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate toilets distributed on the ground and upstairs. A cot, high chair and children's games and books are available. But also a tv and internet.
The well-equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, will allow you, if you wish, to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed together. You will also find in the center of the village all the necessary shops (bakeries, butchers, convenience stores, ...) but also several restaurants and cafes. A small market also takes place on Friday on the village square.
For athletes, the region allows many hiking, horse riding or mountain biking. Several golf courses are nearby.
But the region is also rich in tourist sites and cultural activities. The village is close to St Rémy (10 min) and the ruins of Glanum, the Alpilles. It is 20 minutes from Avignon (Festival in July) and Les Baux de Provence, 30 minutes from Arles, 1 hour from Stes Maries de la Mer, Aix-en Provence and Mont Ventoux (skiing),…
Avignon TGV station is 20 minutes by car and Nîmes and Marseille airports 50 minutes.

Confortevole e accogliente é un piccolo angolo di pace situata in un caratteristico paese nel cuore della Provenza.
La sua ottima posizione ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente mete come il Mont Ventoux e le Saline di Giraud.
Abbiamo inoltre visitato Isle Sur la Sorgue, Sault e i campi di lavanda, Arles, Avignone e Pernes-les-Fontaines e Fontaine de Vaucluse.
A pochi chilometri imperdibile la visita di Saint Remy, Le Beaux de Provence e delle Carrières de Lumières.

Maison bien située et très bien équipée. Endroit calme. Accueil chaleureux avec la personne de contact sur place. En période de canicule (que nous avons vécue), la climatisation serait un plus. À recommander.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes dans cette maison en juillet 2021: Emplacement idéal pour sillonner ce coin de Provence, très bon accueil et très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et les gérants, maison tout confort, belle piscine calme, bref nous conseillons sans hésiter cette maison. La villa est bien située. Le centre ville bien achalandé en commerces de proximité est accessible à pied.
L'extérieur propose différents points ombragés agréables. Il est à préciser que la piscine mériterait un carrelage autour pour éviter le transport d'herbe dans l'eau.
La maison est fonctionnelle.
La communication avec les propriétaires s'est bien passée. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas en dire autant des intermédiaires missionnés par eux pour les états des lieux. "il y a toujours des problèmes avec les locations via abritel" selon eux.
Nous avons été traités comme des malpropres, avec mépris pour des attaches plastiques rouillées et défectueuses du système du volet roulant de la piscine qui se sont cassées. Je pense que ce système devrait être revu pour éviter que les familles avec enfants qui sont les seuls à utiliser le volet se voient sommer de payer ce système inapproprié.
Ce traitement humiliant par les gérants nous a laissé un sentiment amer et a très fortement assombri notre séjour.
