In the shade of a shady oak grove, on the hillside, the residence "Les Lavandes du Lac" offers a breathtaking view of the Lac de Sainte-Croix and the medieval village of Bauduen. People come here for its calm, its proximity to the lake and its beaches which are less than 200 meters from the residence. From the property a path traced in the undergrowth will lead you to the village of Bauduen with magnificent views of the lake, and will allow you if you wish to join the hiking trails. Four apartments welcome you Two Types 3 (2 bedrooms) with terraces and breathtaking views of the lake on the ground floor and two types 2 (1 bedroom) on the first floor these have dining areas with tables and benches on the ground the residence overlooking the lake and the village of Bauduen (5 minutes by car).
You can practice all non-noisy water sports, indeed motor vehicles are strictly prohibited on the lake, only electric motors are tolerated. All around the lake, professionals from all disciplines will offer advice and lessons (sailing, windsurfing, rafting, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, etc.)
You will visit the magnificent Gorges du Verdon (by car or hiking) after taking advice from Sandrine and Antoine on the routes to take.
Children will be delighted to visit the Prehistory Museum in Quinson about 30 minutes by car.
Many restaurants of all categories from snack to gourmet through the crêperie-pizzeria will welcome you. Remember that you are in the heart of the black truffle country. (We have some good addresses to communicate to gourmets)
If you feel like it you can go for the day by the sea (Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, Saint-Raphael, Sainte-Maxime) are cities easily accessible between 1:30 and 2:00 by car.
You can also visit the cities of MARSEILLE and NICE and their magnificent bays for a day (allow 2 hours by car) and why not push up to the principality of Monaco.

Location et terrasse agréable vu sur le lac. Très bien reçu par le propriétaire qui connaît parfaitement sa région et conseil des lieux à visiter ( merci pour les croissants ). Je recommande sans hésiter .

Un dépaysement total pendant 4jours....trop court!!!
Des tas de choses à faire, à visiter, à découvrir.
Mais surtout un grand merci à Tony, pour tout ces conseils, guide touristique au top!!

Lovely location but the property needs a bit of tlc. We were lucky there were no other guests for our first three nights as when they did arrive we had to leave the relaxing veranda because they polluted our atmosphere with their smoking. Also the wifi does not work - not a problem for us as we have plenty of mobile data for our limited needs. All the same we hope to come back - our host, Tony, was very affable.
