About this villa rental
The villa is composed of:
- A mezzanine on a living room of 50 m2 high height with covered barbecue terrace on an enclosed garden of 2000 m2 with heated pool if requested.
- a modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave etc;
- A 17 m2 high-rise bedroom with mezzanine, bathroom, WC toilet and a 140 bed.
A second bedroom of 18 m2 high height with shower room, WC toilet, a 160 bed (2x80) and two 90 bunk beds.
- A third bedroom of 17 m2 high height with shower room, WC toilet and a 140 bed.
- A 23 m2 high-rise studio with pergola terrace, kitchenette, shower room, WC and a 140 cm bed.
All bedrooms have French doors to the garden.
-At the entrance a dressing room and a guest WC;
- A mezzanine with terrace 20 m2 solarium upstairs;
- A cellar with two washing machines, dryer and fridge-freezer
- Parking for 5 vehicles.

A beautiful villa in lush and secluded grounds. The palms around the pool gave it an almost tropical feel. Louis and Ulla were charming, and their home was well-appointed with everything we could have wished for. Comfortable, spacious, light – and yet cool thanks to the air-conditioning! – and so much space outside for lazing around the pool and for dining in the beautifully maintained garden. So convenient too for our favourite beaches at Gigaro and la plage du Débarquement as well as for trips to St Tropez. A wonderful, peaceful retreat!

We have spent our summers in the area for nearly a decade, and our stay at Louis and Ulla's home is easily one of the best we've had. They were incredibly gracious, kind, and responsive hosts. Their spotless home is beautifully designed and maintained, a perfect combination of classic features of the area with modern renovations for convenience. It was even larger than we expected, providing comfort and privacy for all of us, while still offering communal spaces for us to hang out and share meals (cooked in their spacious, modern kitchen). The pool and grounds perfect for lounging, playing pétanque, or hosting an outdoor dinner. It is very conveniently located, within minutes of grocery stores, a pharmacy, boulangerie, and most importantly: the beach. We can't wait to return.
