About this villa rental
Provencal style village house decorated with a lot of charm, completely renovated in 2014. The garden, enclosed by a dry stone wall, has recently been refurbished. The living room and the large terrace offer a panoramic and splendid view of the Petit Luberon and the villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste. The swimming pool, the covered terrace with its summer kitchen allow lovers of sun and rosé to taste the charms of Provence. Home, within walking distance of the village center (200m) where you can find all the shops and restaurants, is very comfortable. It consists of a large living room decorated with cathedral ceiling and floor tiles and a fireplace. A TV lounge, a dining room, a spacious fully equipped Provençal kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a storeroom with washing machine, ice machine, ironing board and iron steamed.
The sleeping area consists of the master bedroom on the ground floor with a full bathroom, 2 sinks, 1 bath, 1 separate walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, each with its bathroom with a large walk-in shower and toilet. The linen can be hired. The whole of the house overlooks a beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards and mountains of Provence Luberon complete this table.

We were impressed by the beautiful house which has everything you need. Also the pool and garden were gorgeous. Everything was clean and the kitchen very well equiped.
The village of Goult is very close which was perfect.
We also enjoyed the breathtaking view from the garden.
There was airconditioning available downstairs but the owners did not allow us to use it.
Because of the high temperatures outside during our stay (36-38 degrees) it was really too warm in the house (downstairs 28 and in de bedrooms 30+ degrees) even though we left windows and doors open all night till 0800 hours to let the cool air come into the house.
Since no fans were available, we had to buy 4 fans at our own expense to be able to sleep at night.
We left the fans behind so hopefully the guests who rent the house after us will be happy with it.
Besides that we really enjoyed our stay in the house.

When we met the owners, they were absolutely charming,and obviously cared for their lovely house. We loved the location, the ease of walking to the Boulangerie and the cafes, and restaurants. The house worked really well with lots of amenity space and it added to a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend

What an incredible accommodation in the beautiful little village of Goult. Le Castelivier is a clean, comfortable, exquisite place to stay. Home is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view from the back patio is breathtaking! Communication with the owner and their assistants was easy. You just couldn't find a better place to stay in the lovely Luberon.
