Tudo conforme combinado, fotos reais, responderam todas as dívidas.
Como sugestão poderia ter Ar condicionado e TV a cabo, podendo sem problema se aumentar o valor da diária já que o apartamento atende super bem.

A cobertura é bem espaçosa, arejada, mas infelizmente deparamos com colchões e cortinas bem mofados. Talvez os proprietários não tenham conhecimento desses detalhes. Sugiro que providencie a troca ou higienização desses itens. O administrador é bem atencioso.
