About this villa rental
Villa (6 people max.) situated at 5 km of Altea, ideally located between sea and mountain, very private, with stunning 180º view of the bay of Altea and Benidorm, covered and open terraces of more than 120m2, sunny all day, swimming pool, lawn + 100m2, 4 bedrooms all with sea views and air conditioning (supplement 20€/day). Possibility of central heating by radiators (optional with supplement). Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and direct access to the terrace and pool area, double bedrooms on the first floor one enjoying its own terrace, 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The dining room and the kitchen 110m2. Interior sliding doors opening onto the natural rock and providing plenty of freshness in summer. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture including 1 large table, chairs, pool beds, chairs, couch and coffee table, awning of 4.5m X 6m.130m2 parking inside the property. 65" TV with French, Spanish and all the foreign channels. Also fast internet access. The villa is located 2 minutes from a supermarket (Más y Más) and Mascarat beach and yacht club Campomanes Marina Greenwich.
Altea is a village of artists and fishermen located by the Mediterranean Sea between Valencia to the north (110km) and Alicante to the south (50km) and more precisely between Calpe and Benidorm
Do not miss visiting the old town of Altea, a picturesque district with its cobbled streets, its old fishermen's houses, its artisan shops and boutiques, its bars and restaurants, its 17th century church (nuestra Señora del Consuelo ), its famous craft market every summer evening...and its magnificent view
Don't hesitate to take a pleasant walk on the dyke which leads from the beach of "Cap Negret" to the tip of Albir, a pretty seaside and family resort (passing by the port and the nautical club of Altea). You can continue with a pleasant walk to the "Punta Bombarda" lighthouse from where you will have a spectacular view of the bay.

An exceptional house: clean, modern, in very good condition and of course the spectacular views.Host Patrick is available to help with questions during the stay, he reacts very quickly and is always helpful.Some things which might be good to know:It is located in "Altea Hills", the urbanization next to Altea. You need a taxi / car to get to the town or down to the beachesThis house has a cat. A very cute and friendly one which is usually outside but it always manages to get in somehow :-) If you are allergic, that might be of interest.
