Pleasant house of 110 m2 which can comfortably accommodate 6 people, located in the Abbey district, medieval old town sector in Saint Valéry sur Somme.

Très satisfait du gîte, conforme à la description et tout à fait adapté avec des jeunes enfants.
Très bien localisé, proche du centre historique et des chemins de promenades. Avec en prime une vie sur la baie (depuis l'étage seulement).
Nous reviendrons je l'espère !

Enttäuschend!Das Haus war auf dem ersten Blick sehr nett. Am Esten Tag waren wir außerhalb essen. Der nächste Morgen zeigte dann, dass in der Küche die Utensilien verklebt waren. In der Kaffeemaschine war schon Schimmel! Der Wasserkocher völlig verkalkt.
Die Handtücher, die mit Inhalt des Wäschapakets waren voller brauner Flecken. Spülbecken mit unansehnlichen braunen Flecken. Wir haben natürlich alles gereinigt, bevor wir uns essen zubereitet haben. Das Wäschepaket zu dem angebotenen Preis war viel zu überteuert für die fleckige Wäsche.
Im Bad nähe der Waschmaschine ( neben dem Waschbecken) lebt eine Ameisenkolonie.
Wir hatten uns erdreistet dem Vermieter nur die Hälfte des Wäschepakets zu zahlen, leider keine Einsicht! Vermieter ist der Meinung, dass Wäsche braune dicke Flecken haben darf, wenn diese gewaschen ist.
Für Ameisen hätte sie uns im Nachhinein ein Insektizid gegeben. Wir waren mit Kleinkind dort. Finde ich etwas bedenklich, während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Insektiziden rumzuwerkeln.Auf die verdreckten Küchenutensilien und den Schimmel an der Kaffeemaschine ist man nur mit dem Kommentar des nicht nachvollziehbar gekommen. Für uns sah es so aus, als sei einmal jemand kurz dort gewesen, hätte grob sauber gemacht. Aber eine ordentliche Reinigung fand sicherlich schon recht lange nicht mehr statt. Der Rest des Hauses war säuberlich ok.
